Airport Transfer

A 20-minute seaplane flight or 25-minute domestic flight and onward 10-minute speedboat transfer from Malé airport.

A choice of 193 pavilions and villas means that whether you want to be on the beach, over the water, waking with the sunrise, or watching the sunset from the comfort of your furnished terrace, there is an option for you. Beach Pavilions offer a beautiful marble bathroom with outdoor shower and can interconnect, so are great for families, or Family Lagoon Pavilions sleep up to four adults and two children under 18 yrs in two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Beach Villas boast a marble sunken bath and enlarged terrace and we recommend upgrading for a private plunge pool. Water Villas and Romantic Pool Water Villas are perfect for couples, with uninterrupted ocean views and direct access to the lagoon, while Temptation Pool Water Villas are larger and feature a separate living room with glass floor and 14 metre long private pool.

Restaurants And Bars

With eight dining venues, plus two further bars and Café LUX*, serving its own brand of locally produced coffee, you’ll never be short of choice, and it’s well worth upgrading to half board or all-inclusive, as three lunch and five dinner options are included. Gaze out to the ocean as you experience the authentic, island-inspired dishes of MIXE, head to East Market for a great selection of Thai, Chinese and Indonesian dishes, or if your palette is more European, Beach Rouge and Allegria Restaurant are just the ticket, offering Italian delights and pizzas for an easy family option.

Facilities

The South Ari Atoll boasts some of the best dive sites in the world and there is a high chance of spotting whale sharks here year round, so why not take the plunge and do a PADI course. If you’re not quite ready for that, try windsurfing, wakeboarding, hoverboarding or even flyboarding. PLAY kids’ club (3-11 yrs) and Studio 17 teens’ club (12-17 yrs) are both complimentary and provide daily changing activities from 9am-7pm, and while the kids are away why not visit the award-winning LUX* Me Spa for some ‘me time’ with a personally tailored experience.
